Code of Business Conduct

In accordance with Rule 5610 of the Nasdaq, the Company maintains a code of business conduct and ethics for its directors, officers, and employees. The Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics was adopted by the Company's Board of Directors in March 2021 and subsequently amended in September 2021 (as amended, the Code of Conduct).
